Refund policy

We want our customers to love their TUDA JEWELRY purchases. Eligible items may be returned by contacting us within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, an item must generally be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

For hygiene and product-protection reasons, earrings that have been worn may be ineligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

To request a return, customers must contact TUDA JEWELRY before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, the return address.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed while we identify the order and determine the appropriate next steps.

Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are refundable when required by law.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for discretionary returns, but this restriction does not remove any rights customers have under applicable law.

Returned items must be received and inspected before an eligible refund is approved.

Once a refund is approved, we will submit it to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

If a refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Refunds will be issued for the amount the customer is entitled to receive under this policy and applicable law. We reserve the right to decline discretionary returns that do not meet the stated eligibility requirements, where legally permitted.

Nothing in this policy limits a customer's rights regarding defective goods, incorrect orders, or other situations in which a refund or other remedy is legally required.
